The house has a modern and recently redecorated kitchen and shower-room and there is some space for storage in an outbuilding if required. The good size garden will be great for barbecues if we get a summer! Transport links are great, with a bus route outside and a railway station linking us to Chester and Liverpool only a few minutes walk away. Plenty of parking as well. Wanted: Clean and tidy 25-40 year old professional male who is looking to share a house rather than just rent a room.
