3 bed semi in Bromborough

I am renting a fully furnished and newly decorated three bed semi-datached house in a very quiet cul de sac in an excellent location, close to Bromborough shopping estate, Chester, Liverpool, Wales and the wirral....The owner lives in America most of the time and only spends two months of the year in the house.
You will have full use of the house with the other lodgers. Room 1 is nicely furnished, it is a SMALL single room, bed/wardobe/double glazed/radiator. Room 2 is a double room with fitted wardrobes, ideal for a couple or single person. Room 3 Is the room that is available, it is a larger single room with a single bed , but it would fit a double if you had one . There is a lounge/ Dinner, kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom shared with one other/ two rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with w/machine, dryer, microwave, brand new Fridge freezer etc. Lounge has large screen TV. There is boardband. I am looking for easy-going, tidy people with a friendly dispostion. Rent is due monthly by bank transfer - please do not respond to this advert if you do not have a bank account. All bills included. I also require a reference and deposit. NO DSS AND STRICTLY PROFESSIONALS ONLY. If a couple where to rent the double room the rent would be £550 a month. We would also consider a 3 month let. All bills included expect where excessive use then the lodger would have to contribute!!!!
