I am looking for a housemate who is easy going. I have a spare double big room which is location downstairs, computer desk and a small TV to start you off.
The rest of the house is neat and recently decorated. The bathroom is a good size with new fittings and a new power shower. there is also a cosy TV lounge with a fireplace. This opens up into a conservatory, which looks out into a peaceful, large private garden which is not overlooked.
At the front of the house there is space for parking on the private drive.
The house is in a great location for the shops, pubs, Croft Retail Park, the A41 and theM53 motorway, with Bromborough train station a short walk away.
I am a very easy going kind of guy, with a cheeky sense of humour. My three jobs keep me very busy and I generally like to stay active, playing football and going to the gym when I can. I also like to chill out with a film or DVD. i also live with my girlfriend who has 2jobs and both off us work weekends and she is very easy going so very really in the house if intrested please me thank you.
