The room is furnished with a comfortable double bed, two large three drawer chest of drawers and two double wardrobes space for a television complete with ariel. The room is furnished with bedding and curtains but you are more than welcome to bring your own.

The property itself is nice and modern offering a shared downstairs sitting room featuring flat screen tv, dvd player, music system, broadband/wi-fi and feature gas fire. Large open plan kitchen/diner fully equiped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, wine fridge, american fridge freezer and gas range cooker all crockery and utensils are also available the kitchen leads into a large conservatory furnished with a corner sofa and dining table to seat 6 people with patio doors opening onto an extremly large garden which is currently being updated ideal space for bbqs and entertaining in the summer or huddling around the fire pit in the winter. Modern shared bathroom with electric shower and bath. The property is fully double glazed with gas central heating/combi boiler for instant and constant hot water.

The location offers great transport links via motorways, local roads and rail.... local train station less than 5 min walk and local roads with great access to public transport if needed to Birkenhead, Liverpool, Chester, Manchester and beyond.

There is a great selection of local shops, take aways, resturants, walk in health center and pubs all within easy walking distance the Croft Retail Park only a 5 minute drive away.

I have 2 very well behaved and good natured older dogs they are outside during the day in their very own dog pad and are in during the evening once i am home from work. I like to keep things clean and tidy but also understand a house has to be lived in :-)
