Double bedroom and own lounge in Bromborough.

Available from February 2016 ( assuming my daughters house sale completes by then, which it is expected to)
I live in a 3 bed semi with open kitchen/conservatory living area (where I spend my time when I'm at home) overlooking a large garden. Close to Bromborough train station, the A41 and 1 mile from junction 5 of M53. Driveway for 2 cars (one being mine!) The front lounge doesn't get used by myself and is furnished and would be yours to watch TV, listen to music or spend time relaxing. I have some things in the cupboards that I need access to from time to time, but on the whole I rarely go in the front lounge.

I have 3 dogs, 2 border collies and a jack russell cross, they are well behaved. They can stay out during the day or when you're home alone if you prefer, they have a covered kennel area. They are a big part of the family and you would have to be comfortable being greeted by them each time they see you arrive home, they'll then go back to their beds and leave you alone. They usually only bark when someone knocks at the door.

The bedroom has wardrobes and a very comfortable bed with bedside tables, there's a small TV in the wardrobe.

I'm self employed and work locally during the day. I'm friendly, easy going and like to keep busy. I go out with friends quite often and in the summer am most likely found in the garden. I'm CRB checked through my voluntary work.

I've had 2 previous lodgers through spareroom, a student who was on a work placement in summer 2014, and most recently a uni graduate who relocated to Wirral for work. She stayed for over a year and has recently bought her own place. My daughter is currently staying with me as she is in the process of buying her first home and has moved out of her rented flat. She should be moving mid January.
