I have a beautiful home, I'm looking at letting my double room to a female professional or full time student with bursary.

The house is situated in a quite leafy area with only a few neighbours, all professional so no noisy children. It is just off prestigious Eleanor Road CH43 with off road parking,

Huge garden, laundry facilities separate from the kitchen. Main Bathroom has a full size bath and built in power shower, (along the landing, not an ensuite, only shared with 1 other) fitted wardrobes, king size bed (if required) and luxury living room.

I have a female chihuahua and Helen has a female cat. Both are mostly in our rooms or outside most of the day. We must stress that this is a household full of animal lovers. If you live here expect furry cuddles!

Requirements -
Must be aged over 18
Must be in full time employment or a full time student with bursary.
Must be able to provide references (1 must be from current employer)
Deposit is £400 which will be released when contract is over as long as there is no damage to the house.
£400 rent payable in advance
Minimum contract 6 months (looking for a long term tenant)

Bills included sky/ wifi/ council tax/ water rates/ and ground maintenance, gas and electricity (fair usage policy in place)

I'm a laid back professional female, aged 32 Also in the house is a professional lady called Laura aged 43 and a full time student called Helen aged 31. Our friend Joan is leaving as she has just bought her house, we are really sad to see her go but we are excited about a new lady moving in.

We aren't party animals, we like it to be quiet, we aren't boring just mature ladies, we enjoy a glass of wine and socialising, we are all young at heart :) We must insist on no late night noise through the week as we all get up really early for work.

The living room is rarely used as we mostly spend time in our own space. I don't expect you to hide out in your bedroom, the living room is really comfortable with a 60 inch TV and there is seating in the kitchen,,, however the house is big enough for you to have your own space yet enjoy the whole house.

(If you have a partner we don't allow guests to stay over)

It has 7 bedrooms and 3 reception rooms over 3 floors, we are separated over 3 floors and there are 4 bathrooms. There are only going to be 4 of us here so we can live comfortably.
