I have a quite larger than average semi detatched house, which is clean and tidy. I've decided to rent out one or two rooms. I'm about 2 miles away from Arrowe Park hospital, and about 2 miles away from the m53, 10 minutes away from Wallasey tunnel, so other areas easily accessible. I've off road parking for at least 3 cars. I'm out working almost every day, I don't smoke. There is an upstairs bathroom with a separate toilet and downstairs shower room/ toilet. There's a train station at the end of the road and a bus to Liverpool stops almost outside the house. You can be in Liverpool in half an hour using the bus. Ive also a large, quiet, private garden. I'm almost at the end of refurbishing the house, but any works will be done and at no inconvenience to your stay. The cost for couples, will be £900per calendar month and a deposit of £900 will be required, but will review that after a month or so. I intend to make your stay a pleasant one, I’m a clean tidy person and if you decide you would like to stay in my home, you will hopefully feel it is a home from home. Sorry but no smokers at all and no students and a months notice is required when leaving and I do not do part months. I would also prefer people who do not do shift work and are working 9 till 5 hours or similar. I do no accommodate working from home without prior discussion and agreement. This could and most probably would incur extra cost to your stay.
