Rooms To Let In Prestigious Area Of Woolton

Hello,

Myself and my fiancee currently live in a lovely 5 bedroom house in the highly sought after area of Woolton Village. We originally bought this house as our business (online) required a large amount of storage and office space, however as my business has evolved, we no longer need so much space. Therefore we find ourselves with rooms sitting empty and thought, why not?! Neither of us has ever shared before so we're new to this. We're both well spoken, friendly and easy to get on with. We also have a slightly over-enthusiastic dog called Diesel, he's very friendly and everybody loves him, but he absolutely loves people so can get a little excited when he sees you! Therefore if you're a dog hater, this probably isn't the house for you, sorry!

The house itself has plenty of parking, an enormous kitchen, broadband, televisions in every room and a private gym (of course free to use at any time). I appreciate we are slightly dearer than most double rooms, however when you see the house and the area, you'll understand why this is actually a very cheap price. We back on to the local park (Reynolds) which is absolutely stunning, especially in the summer.

We have two rooms available;

The 1st room (£450pcm) is a large size double bedroom with television. There is currently a double bed and a chest of drawers in there, however these can be removed if not required.

The second room (£550pcm) is actually a cinema room. We no longer use it therefore are happy to let it as a bedroom, however with this room you will also get the advantage of having the entire upstairs floor to yourself. You will have a full surround sound cinema system with 60" plasma television dvd player amongst other goodies. It's also cinema themed so is very nicely decorated if I do say so myself! As this is a large loft room, you also have views over the park and garden. Finally, there is a nice 2 seater leather couch in this room. Upstairs there is also a toilet and shower room which is not used, therefore you will have sole access to this. The gym is also upstairs for convenience. Aside from having a kitchen, the upstairs bedroom is pretty much a self contained flat. There is currently a very comfy air bed in this room however this can be removed and/or a double bed provided.
