Comfortable, modern double room available in detached home. This room is on the ground floor with double french doors opening onto sunny patio. The room is fully furnished.

There is sole use of a refurbished downstairs shower room and toilet, located just across the hall from the bedroom.

The kitchen and large lounge/living room are shared facilities. Kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances including double oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. The cupboards are well stocked with crockery and plenty of cooking utensils. If you wish to cook a roast or simply heat up last nights take away the facilities are here for you to use. There is a Cafe Gusto coffee machine however you will need to supply your own pods. Cupboard space will be provided and a shelf in the fridge.

The house has gas central heating, double glazing, WiFi, broadband and Sky TV. In the summer time there is decking at the top of the garden and a lovely sheltered patio.

This is a spacious family house and we're looking for a professional working person, sorry no DSS. We're a relaxed household, sociable and often out and about.

This is detached house located in a quiet residential area of Brackla. Its only a short distance from local shops or 15 mins walk to Bridgend town centre and the train station. There is easy access to the M4 and a regular bus service operates throughout the area.
