Good sized house-Double room-freindly atmosphere

I am soon to be having a friend of mine move to Bristol for a new job and am looking to fill his room. Unfotunatly most of my freinds now live with girlfriends and wives so have decided to advertise the room.

I have never done this before so would rather the person be socialable and easy to get along with. i like to cook, go out with freinds at the weekend and like to keep fit down the gym. The person that moves in i would like to be simular to myself in that they would be clean and tidy and respect the house.
