I am looking for someone to rent a spare room Monday to Friday only preferably, sharing bathroom and kitchen with myself. There may be another room available for watching tv and relaxing although not certain yet. i am looking for an easygoing person that will not intrude on my privacy. If someone is wanting room for casual stay only then this could be considered and rate amended accordingly. Since writing this advert I have been made redundant and therefore am not sure what will be happening, I would be willing to consider short term lets on a month by month basis until i have resolved my situation.
