Double room to rent

Hello!

I have a newly decorates double room to let. Looking for someone who is easy to get along with to move in. Currently renovating the rest of the house but hopefully you won't have to put up with this for long!

My house is a 5 minute walk from the station and trains run every 15 mins to cardiff. I drive into the city centre every day so happy to car share too!

I have a cat although you will hardly notice as she is very much an outdoor cat and is not very sociable!

Off road parking available.
Broadband, sky tv, water included in rent.
Council tax and gas will be extra but I'm flexible in discussing setting a fixed amount if you would rather have an all in rent.

I'm a bit of a fitness fanatic but this is because of my love of cooking and baking! So I apologise on advance if you get sick of cake tasting for me!

The kettle is always on the go in the week and wine glasses are out on a friday to wash away the weeks stresses!

And also happy to venture to the local when we're too lazy to cook!
