Spacious kitchen dining room with French doors to rear gardens. Gas CH, double glazing ,WIFI. Quiet cul de sac location and generally quiet household, my girlfriend visits often, stays weekends etc, the only pet in residence is Fozz the happy housecat.

Cardiff is approx 20 minutes away and the M4 motorway 5 miles. Would suit a professional person working or studying in Cardiff or somebody needing to commute longer distances along the M4 corridor.
