Housemate Wanted

Hi I have a double room available in a 3 bed terrace house near Aberdare.
on a main bus route, with buses to town every 10 minutes. Easy access to the A470.

The room is a furnished double with a nice view of the mountain opposite. A great area if you like hiking or the outdoors, 5 minutes from the front door you can be away from houses and not hear a single car!

Parking is on-road but ample. You will have use of a decent size downstairs bathroom, large kitchen, spacious living room and well maintained garden.

Short term lets only or longer if Monday - Friday. also have a single room which can be rented too if it is needed. The price above would be slightly more or less dependent on the arrangement.

Wifi included.

I am pretty easy going and only specify that the tenant should be clean and tidy, and of course respectful.
