Mid terrace on a quiet street
Hi am looking for a tenant/tenants to live with me in my deceptively large mid terrace house. 2 rooms available, 1 attic room and 1 at the rear of the house. Both have double beds.
I have 2 friendly cats.
The bathroom is shared and has a bath and separate shower.
The living room is not a shared space unless I am away for any length of time.
There will be space in the kitchen for your things and you're welcome to share my utensils. I also have a dishwasher and washing machine. My father works out of my shed so will often be pottering around in the house.
The house has on street parking without need for permit and is close to bus routes to Cardiff.
If a couple wishes to stay it is £400 a month.
