A double room (£325) and single room (£250) for rent. The house is a new build with four bedrooms, large living room and kitchen dinner. The house also has a garage with a drive large enough for two cars. The garden is south facing and will be getting a patio for the summer.
The rent includes all bills, Internet and sky.
The house is walking distance from the train station which is two stops from Cardiff central.
The bathroom will be shared but my room has an en-suite so I don't use the main bathroom. (if only one room rents you will have your own bathroom)
