I currently have four double bedrooms available from September 1st. The entire house is newly renovated and redecorated.

The house is fully double glazed and centrally heated with a modern fitted kitchen and bathroom.

All bills are included in the rent!

The house is in a village setting with spectacular countryside around and easy road, bus and rail access to Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, Merthyr etc. All local amenities are also within easy reach.

Each bedroom has a minimum of a new/newish double bed and wardrobe. Other furniture may be supplied as required.

The shared kitchen and bathroom are also newly refurbished. There is also a separate utility room and front and back gardens. There is on-road parking available.

Washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer, combi microwave and all necessary appliances are provided.

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood, yet near the main Cardiff road (A470) with easy access to the M4.

The Treforest Campus of the University of South Wales is just 20 minutes away.

Ideally I'm looking for professional people aged 18+ as tenants. Students are also welcome.
