Unfortunately I need to move out of the house I am renting but need someone to take over my contract until June 2015. It's a nice house - 2 double bedrooms. Parking outside.
You would be sharing with a 33 year old student, who's a friendly guy. Likes to watch youtube things, movies and play games.
It's £290 pcm which includes water. The electric and gas are on a meter so they're not included.
