Larger Than Average Double Room to Rent in Ponty

I am looking for a friendly person to rent out one of my rooms on a temporary basis. It is available until 15 June 2022. Perhaps you need to be here for work, between properties or are about to move in to the area to look for something permanent. Couples are welcome, but the rent would be £395 a month rather than £295.

The room available is a double of above average size with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. It has recently been decorated. All furniture apart from the wardrobe is brand new.

The house is in a quiet location with views of green hills at the front and back of the property. It is on the south bound section of the Taff Trail which may appeal to outdoor enthusiasts.

I am a very easy going person so there would not really be any house rules. All I would ask is that any housemate would be reasonably quiet after 10:00pm as I have to get up early in the morning!

A three legged cat lives here so you need tolerate pets and not have any allergies toward them.
