The 3 rooms are located on first floor. Large downstairs room will be occupied by live-in landlord. (I'm young, easy-going and well accustomed to house-sharing! The downstairs room is near enough a flat in its own right, with fridge / oven etc, I work Mon-Fri and am away most weekends!)

Room 2 would be suitable for a couple sharing, but please be aware the house is HMO registered for 4 occupants, so 2 rooms would need to be rented.

Non-students welcome, although please be aware any non-student tenants will be responsible for council tax payments, currently £75pcm
