Hi!
There is one room available in the house, to be sharing with 3 quiet third year female students.
The house is lovely, with a shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge.
There is a TV cable going into each bedroom, the broadband is Virgin Media and it is very fast!
Bills are not included in the rent, but they are quite cheap.
There is a small gravelled garden at the rear, parking is available by permit out the front of the house.
The bedroom comes with a 3/4 bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and a chair. A desk may be an option to put in the room upon asking the landlady.
The landlady is lovely, and has been amazing!
A summer retainer of £50 total for the period of the summer can be paid to keep possessions in the house.
Deposit is £250, for international students it will be more.
