Hi,
I have a large double ground floor bedroom that i need filling as i am having to move out. It comes with a double bed, large wardrobe, draws, bed side draws, a very large desk with book shelves and a table. I am on llantwit road so its just a couple of minutes walk to the university. I am currently living with 1 male and 3 other females, all who are very quiet and friendly. Also it comes with a large kitchen and a medium size lounge. I am only moving out due to work etc as i am having to work for the next few summers for my course. If you are interested please message me back and i will send some more details over. The rent is £56 a week and bills are about £14. 50 a week, this includes everything: gas, electric, TV licences and fiber optic internet and water.
