*About you*
We are looking for a clean friendly, working professional of a similar age, must have reasonable knowledge of written and spoken English. No house parties, loud music etc. Preferably non smoking (can smoke in garden). References and proven ability to pay rent required.
Must be prepared to participate in a weekly cleaning rota.

*Rent and Bills*
Rent is only £560 pcm and this includes MOST bills i. e. council tax, water and Virgin broadband.
Gas/Electricity is extra approx. £8 -10 pw each. Paid quarterly when bill comes in.
£500 deposit required.
Deal with landlord directly, no agency fees.
Landlords take their responsibilities seriously to keep the house well maintained and in good condition.
Tenancy is for a minimum of 6 months. No couples, pets, or housing benefit.
