Large double room in Alperton

Hi there!

We have a nice double room for rent in a very clean three bedroom house. The room has built-in wardrobes and is facing the garden. Shared bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room. The garden has a garage (for storage) and a gas bbq.
The house is situated in a quiet residential road with good transport links. It's about 5 minutes walk from Alperton station (zone 4 on Piccadilly line - 30 mins into town), there are also numerous buses. Hanger Lane station (zone 3 on Central line) is about 15mins walk or reachable by bus.

We are a European couple (both English speaking) in their 30's, we both enjoy sports (climbing, gym, running, skiing), movies and just chilling out. Looking for someone who works full-time and has a similar background to us. You must be very tidy and considerate. We have a cat so you must like animals.

We live right by the Grand Union Canal, which is great for cycling, running or just having a stroll. Horsenden Hill is a short walk away. There's a gym right outside the tube station and a golf course nearby. Sainsbury's is just few minutes walk away.
