Good size double room ideally for a professional. Short 5-10min walking distance from Alperton Station (Picadilly Line) and Hanger Lane Station (Central Line). 15min walk to Stonebridge Park (Bakerloo Line).

The Room has a double bed, new carpets, Blackout blinds, built in cupboard and plenty of floor space. The whole house has been renovated to a modern state with a minimalistic feel. Shower room and kitchen are both newly fitted and modern.
Shower room will be shared, so I am looking for a clean and tidy person like myself. The rent includes all bills.

There is unrestricted street parking if you have a car.
