The room comes furnished and has been recently redecorated It has a good ensuite with shower.

House mates share an open plan living room and bright modern, fully-equipped kitchen. There is parking off-street for one car and unrestricted parking along the side road adjoining the property.

Your rent covers bills for water, electricity, gas, TV licence, Virgin Business broadband, and council tax. It also includes weekly cleaning of shared areas and a gardener/window cleaner as required.

We take your safety seriously and our fire detection system exceeds required standards for shared houses.
