Large Double Room - Beautifully Decorated

Large, beautifully decorated double room with built in wardrobes. The room is in a three bedroom ground flat owned and lived in by myself. I am a 31 year old firefighter working shifts so will not be there a lot. I am very clean and tidy and respectful of people's space and privacy. When I am at home I like to cook, listen to music or chill on the sofa watching movies. The flat is very nicely decorated with new modern kitchen and bathroom.
All bills including broadband and sky are included, and off street parking is available.
The flat is 2min walk to the bus stop and 10min to Ashford train station with regular trains to Waterloo taking just 40min. The m25, m3, and m4 are all within 10min drive as well, as is Heathrow airport.
I am looking for someone who is easy to get on with, very clean and tidy, and who is respectful of other peoples space, privacy and property.
My interests are exercising, drinking coffee, eating out and also watching movies. Anyone who shares those is a bonus.
