We have a double en-suite room coming available shortly in a lovely recently refurbished house. Current housemates are friendly, working professionals and all get on well together while respecting each other's personal space, and we are looking for similar to fill this vacancy

The double bedroom is fully furnished and newly decorated and features a large en-suite. The rent is inclusive of all bills for electricity, gas, water, TV license (communal areas), broadband and council tax. The price also includes weekly cleaning of shared living space and a gardener.
