Bright, double room in Ashford (TW15) with parking

Bright, double, furnished room to let in a newly renovated home situated a 1 minute walk from Ashford Railway station. The fast train takes approx 36 mins to London Waterloo.

If you have a car, I have a large driveway on which you can park. My home also has a large back garden which will be lovely for the coming summer.

I have a 3 year old dog who is a cross between a Weimaraner/Labrador. He is very gentle and soppy but you must be comfortable with dogs as he'll want to give you a kiss hello and enjoys human company. He is house trained, does not moult and will be kept out of your bedroom unless you of course invite him in.

My home has been recently renovated and features a new kitchen, bathroom and from May a new outdoor patio area.

The local area is great. There are many parks, local gyms and the town's high street is a 2 minute walk away with Tesco, Sainburys, Costa, banks, restaurants all on the doorstep.

Heathrow Airport is a 5-10 minute car ride away as is access to the M25 and the M3.

The next town along from Ashford is Staines which can be reached by car in 5 mins or you can jump on the train for one stop. In Staines there is a retail park which includes a cinema.

This is my home and I am looking for a mature, respectful and professional male to share it with me.

My job takes me overseas a few times a year and I enjoy to travel for leisure too - I work from home 3 days a week.

I occasionally have friends over for dinner but do not have parties and in respect to my great neighbours, I keep noise to a minimum.

The room is available from May.
