Large spacious Double room in quite Home

I have two big double rooms available in my quite home. The room in the advert is not one of them as it is taken. I will try to update my ad asap/
The house is on a lovely street only 1 min walk from Boston Manor Tube Station or bus stop and 3-4 min to local shops.
The Boston Manor park is on the end of the road 5 min walk.
I am a very easy going person, the rooms are open to female tenants preferably and are big enough for two girls if that's the need.
The house is empty most time and quite. Although the house looks a little run down, everything works well. Therefor the monthly rent is very low for the location and size of the rooms. If I feel your the right fit you will have the best deal in the area for sure.
