Large and bright double attic room available for rent in this 2 bedroom Victorian maisonnette in South Ealing/Northfields. The room will be available from 13 June but this date is flexible. Sorry no couples or students!
The flat is in good order with modern decor and good-sized kitchen and bathroom. It's on a quiet residential street and has street parking available with a permit.
The room itself is a good size, with lots of storage space and a desk. It comes furnished. The rent is £602 per month (+ £602 deposit) plus bills, on average £150 per month.
About me: I'm 33 year old, working for The National Archives in Kew. Very laid-back and tidy, I am looking for someone easy-going, sociable and considerate :)
The Piccadilly line is 10 minutes walk away and the Overland to Waterloo is also about 10 minutes away. There is also the 65 bus which takes you up to Ealing Broadway or over to Richmond and Kingston. Gunnersbury Park is great for walking/running and is only 5 minutes away. There are also a few good pubs within walking distance (i. e. Ealing Park Tavern).
