Double Room For Rent Off High Street With Parking

Hi All,

I have a small double or large single room (depending on the furniture) available for immediate rent. All furniture is Ikea and brand new, bought just for you! There is double glazing in the room, a large chest of drawers, a closet nook to hang clothes, a bed side table, a desk and chair and, of course, the bed. The bed is a daybed that is currently a single bed, but can be made a double bed by pulling out the bottom and unfolding the mattress, there is also extra storage space under the bed. There are also blackout blinds.

You will have your own small fridge, which will most probably be located in your bedroom as there is no more space in the kitchen.

You would have to share the full bathroom (with tub) with myself, as well as share the kitchen. My desk is in the living room, and I spend lots of time there, either online or sewing, so when I'm home, I'm usually in the living room, this is why the use of the living room is not really included. If I'm not home, you can use it, otherwise I would prefer to have the space for myself.

I'm cool with the occasional chat, glass of wine or meal.

The whole flat is fully furnished, and all bills are included (including broadband). HOWEVER, I do NOT have a TV, and if you are bringing one, you will need to pay for the TV license and cable yourselves, as I do not have it and don't want it for myself. (you would also need an extension cable from the living room to your room, as there is no TV point in your room).

There is a parking spot for my flat, but as I don't have a car, it is yours to use. There is additional parking on the street.

I'm looking for a clean and quiet professional or student. I work shifts (12 hour days) in Chiswick and therefore need someone who is quiet and respectful of myself and my neighbours. I do not want a smoker. I do not want a couple. Absolutely no drugs (including weed).

The high street is a 2 minute walk from the property, with restaurants and shops, including Morrissons, as well as the sunday Brentford market. There are loads of pubs nearby, including one on the street corner by the flat.

Approximately 3 minutes away are 2 bus stops for the following busses: E2, E8, 235, 237, 267, N9 these go to Ealing Broadway, Greenford Broadway, Northfields Tube, Boston Manor Tube, Gunnersbury Tube, Hammersmith, Chiswick, White City, Fulham, Hounslow and all stops in between.

Brentford train station is a short walk away, as is Syon Lane Train station.
