The living room is quite big and there’s a spare single room that can be used as study/working area. There's also small rear garden for summer BBQ.

I am looking for a female/male student, City worker or nurse working at the Chase Farm Hospital. The person staying must be a clean & tidy person who likes to live in a clean home and assist with keeping the house in a good condition.

Don't mind Mon-Fri rentals - rental negotiable.

Near tube station is Oakwood, Piccadilly line which is 20 min bus ride.
Also there’s the Night Bus N. 29 from Central London to Enfield Town (12 min fr house)
