Share of kitchen/diner with microwave and dishwasher; shower room; toilets up and downstairs; utility room with washing machine and internal drying area; plus some space in garage. Room measures 8' x 6'10" or 244 cm x 208 cm. Only 15-20 mins walk (or 5 mins bus ride + 5 mins walk) from Chase Farm Hospital.

Plenty of free street parking in quiet residential area. 10 mins walk from Gordon Hill from which trains reach Kings Cross/Moorgate in 30 mins. 5 mins from W8 and 191 buses. We are 5 mins drive from: M25 (jtns 24 and 25) and A10, David Lloyd leisure centre, Chase Farm Hospital and Enfield Town. Good selection of local shops 5 mins walk and opposite us is extensive naturalised parkland (including Forty Hall) providing a feel of the countryside.

We are a clean and tidy, quiet, relaxed and friendly household: a professional couple, one child at secondary school, one at university, one working abroad, one lodger (7 days/wk) and two cats (who live downstairs only).

We are looking for a considerate professional person who needs accommodation, peace and quiet. Would suit someone working away from their normal home, as the room is small. ID and references are required. DSS not accepted.
