I have a 2 bedroom luxurious apartment which is located on a PRIVATE GATED RESIDENCE. The building is maintained daily and is very secure with an intercom telephone. There is also FREE PARKING for residents.

The room for rent is fully furnished with HIGH QUALITY furniture, which includes a stunning king-size bed. All the bedroom furniture including double wardrobe and very large chest of drawers are made from superb quality acacia wood.

The room has an en-suite shower bathroom and overlooks a breathtaking view of the River Lea.
The contents are brand new and incredibly stylish and the wooden floor is real oak.

My home is a sanctuary, a place away from the hustle and bustle of city life and the stress that work often brings. The area is completely green and set alongside the river lea, when you open the window you can hear and see the water rippling, bliss!

If your looking for a calm relaxing, tranquil home then this is it.
If your looking for something that's in the middle of hustle and bustle then this definitely is not the place for you.

I have an addition to my home and he is the family cat (18 year old) Khan ... He is a very friendly, calm, gentle soul who loves cuddles and the calm surroundings around him.

Train links take me right to central London or the city centre when need be :)

There is also a loft, so no problem with storage.
