Room in lovely house near transport

I have a double room to let, I really want someone short term, say up to six months, but could be open to longer. It's just a short walk from a lot of different options for transport, tube and two train lines, plus night buses.
The house is lovely, there are two sitting rooms so you could have one virtually to yourself, a conservatory, bathroom and shower room. I'm a therapist and mediator - laid back and easy to get on with. I'm vegetarian but OK if you aren't. There's a lovely garden and patio, few minutes walk to major shops such as M&S, Top Shop etc, but actually on a river. It's a nice place to be! Would consider if you have a pet, not a problem.
