Room for rent in shared house

Sunny, furnished room in a quiet ex council house with live in artist landlord. Double bed, brand new mattress and duvet, built in wardrobe, optional desk and chest of drawers available.
Quiet area 3 mins form Gordon Hill station and 30 mins to central London by train. Short walks to Enfield Town or lovely local parks and countryside.
I am looking for someone who is working, likes dogs (as I have two bouncy ones), doesn't mind fish or reptiles and is quiet and easy going. You can be as reserved or as sociable as you feel comfortable.
I don't eat meat or smoke so those two things are not negotiable (as is any discussion about religion or politics).
Just looking for someone pleasant to rent the room, share the facilities and keep things clean and tidy up after yourself.
We are easy going, busy people who enjoy time at home to relax after work and on days off. You will be welcome to use the kitchen, there's a dishwasher, washing machine etc There's a small garden and we have a downstairs loo and upstairs bathroom with a shower. Small garage to store a bicycle if you have one. We have restricted parking but permits are available from the local council office.
