Hi,

My name is Hemang and I reside at Tower Point Building on Top Floor . It's a penthouse / duplex.

I stay with my sister her husband and their small adorable daughter (1 year old) .

We are working professionals.

We have a double bed room to rent with ensuite a separate bathroom . We are only interested in female or male working professionals . No DSS and no benefits seekers .

2. Own glass balcony in room on top of the building with nice London view
3. Wardrobes and mirrors .
4. Near to retail stores like Lidl , Waitrose , tesco , Morrisons , Argos , . It is right behind the Argos in Enfield town .
5. Nearest station Enfield town n Enfield chase well connected via bus n tubes n overground .
6. We are an Indian family and we welcome people from other ethnicity and origin to live like a family with us .

There are some rules

1. The room is only for allotted person or persons no guests included .
2. The washing is allowed two times in a week .
3. The tenants should be responsible in maintaining cleanliness in the house and should keep the room and toilet cleaned.
4. Any harm to property due to negligence or any other cause by the tenants will be penalised and subject to claim from the deposit money .
5. They will have to clean the common share areas and keep it tidy for others to use .
6. No shoes allowed in the carpet area.
7. It's a penthouse and a luxury flat so do not expect to seek any sort of rent reduction or help or delay in payments.

There will be a one month deposit in advance which will be 750 and then u pay the rent when u move in which is 750
