Single room in Enfield Town,£380pcm (bills inc)

Hi,

We have a bright good sized single room available in our little house. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, with Chase Side just a minutes walk away, and Enfield Chase station is an 8 minute walk.

The room is a bright single room at the back of the house. It has a single bed and wardrobe.

The house has a small front and back garden, and is only a few minutes walk from the park and nice river walks and runs. A cheap gym is near. It is also only an 8 minute walk into Enfield Town itself with several nice pubs. In 2015 there is a cycle route being again. Also a short bus ride to Oakwood Tube, Piccadilly Line, which will be running 24/7in 2015. N29 Night bus (Trafalgar Sq etc)is an 8 min walk. The 191 bus is at the end of the road. Two BR, Enfield Chase, Capitol Connect and Enfield town lines (8-15 mins walk)provide service to London.

We are a male (25) and female (landlady, in 50s) who come and go as we please. We love a quick cup of tea and chat, but are often busy doing our own thing. Generally, we live quietly, and would like someone who fits the same lifestyle. I like talking about all sorts, and enjoy music, books and good food and discuassion.. any topic ha! I have a good sense of humour

Bills are included, and we put in an equal shares to the monthly kitty for household needs (such as toilet roll etc) (£5), and keep the house clean and tidy as we would expect to find it.
