Enfield house share- double room
Hi there, I'm offering a large double bedroom in a Victorian house in a popular part of Enfield. The property comes with a large living room, bathroom, a large kitchen, virgin TV, broadband internet, and gas central heating. There is also a large loft, which can be used for storage.
There is very good transport links, Gordon Hill Overground Station - 5mins walk, Enfield Chase Overground station - 10mins walk, and buses going to Oakwood tube station - Piccadilly line. For people with a car or motorbike there is off street parking.
The price of the room is £600 per calender month, all bills inclusive.
The room is welcome to couples and this will cost £650 PCM all bills inclusive. I will also need one months rent security deposit from the date of move in.
The room is available from end of July for someone to move in!
My names Eunice (47) I am a professional and work full time. I often travel with my job. I am friendly and enjoy socializing. If you would like to view the room or have any questions, please don't hesitate to call or email.
