Short Term - double room - own bathroom - modern

Hi there, My spare double room in my two bedroom flat is available for SHORT term let only. I am selling my flat and it will take approx 2-3 months to sell so looking for someone to live there.

Price low as I will need tenant to be happy for viewings to happen in the day. Approx 2 -4 a week usually lasting 10 minutes. I will inform you when they are happening.

Monday to Friday welcome, weekly contract welcome

The other room is being occupied by my brother, a young professional in the city. Mainly there in evenings.

Room includes double bed, wardrobe. The flat has two bathrooms so you will have access to your own private bathroom.

The flat is secure with lift access, outside terrace for resident use, lots of nearby parking, 10 minute walk to bush hill park station giving you easy access to the city and underground station.

Price £400 including all bills
