Move in now to a lovely double room in a 3 bedroom house minutes walk to either ponders end or Brimsdown station and only 20 minutes on the train to Liverpool Street!
Situated on the ground floor there is a washing machine in the kitchen which will ne shared with myself,
The room is bright and at the front of the house. It has a single built in wardrobe and wooden laminated flooring, it does NOT come with a bed furnished with a double bed.

You will be sharing with myself I'm a 27 year old professional and I also have a 4 year old son. Therefore I'm only willing to take on matture professional people that understand there is a child living here to, however we both stay upstairs and only come down to use the bathroom or kitchen.

The bus stop is 1 minute walk away. Buses go to Enfield Town and Morrison’s for shopping. 6 minutes on the train or 10 minutes on the bus takes you to Tottenham Hale underground (Victoria line). Stay on the train and in 14 minutes you are at Liverpool Street. Oyster card is valid.

There is a convenience store right on the doorstep and a 5 minute walk takes you to the Co-op. Big Tesco, Sainsbury's and Morrison’s are all nearby and accessible by bus. There is a nearby leisure and cinema complex.

Parking is available. There is easy access to motorway by car.

No pets. Female occupant preferred.

Monthly rent £500 per month. (Bills not included). Or £650 per month inclusive of all bills including council tax.
