My daughter and I live in a 3 bedroomed terraced house in Enfield, Middlesex with our lodger. I am 53 and my daughter is 20. I have been a Civil Servant for over 30 years.
The house is clean and tidy with no pets. We are non-smokers, and we are Christians. We are looking for a professional, quiet female to share with us. I will need to take up references and a current DBS check will be an advantage.
The nearest rail station is Bush Hill Park which is within walking distance (10- 15 mins). From here you can be at Seven Sisters underground station (Victoria line) in 12 mins and Liverpool Street station in 28 mins. Also there are buses within 5 minutes walk (217 and 231) which go to Turnpike Lane station.
