Room available from 15th February, ready to view beforehand by arrangement. Beautiful, comfy bedroom in traditional Victorian house full of friendly people!

The room has an en suite with toilet and shower which is shared with the room next door but you are always welcome to use the downstairs bathroom as well which has a spa bath.

We have one dog and three cats so animal lovers are ideal but the animals won't go in your room unless you want them to. Full use of washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, cooker and all other kitchen appliances.

High-speed broadband included, there is an outdoor aerial connected to the room so if you have your own TV you can connect it easily.

You'll have your own cupboard and your own fridge in a shared kitchen and you're welcome to chill in the garden if the weather suits you!

Five minutes from Enfield Chase train station (serving Moorgate), ten minutes from Enfield Town (serving Liverpool Street) and loads of buses going all over the place. The shopping precinct is also five minutes away and that has pretty much every shop you could ask for.

Southbury Road is a twenty minute walk/five minute drive and that has restaurants, cinema and a leisure centre.

We're a friendly, welcoming family: two women, two men and a six-year-old boy (but he'll keep out of your way unless you want to play Mario Kart with him!)
