I am looking for a tidy, trustworthy, friendly person to fill one of the spare very large double rooms in a lovely spacious home. Room is £650pm. Bills included. Couples £1200pcm.

There's a shared bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub, a separate/additional downstairs toilet, a newly decorated luxury kitchen with double oven, granite worktops (if you love to cook you will adore it!), a small utility room with washing machine and a shared living room space.

House is a short walk away from Enfield town train station -10mins from seven sisters/Victoria line, 25mins to Liverpool street station. Shops, town centre, cinema, parks are all within walking distance. Ideal for nurses or hospital workers at Chasefarm hospital as that is a short bus ride away too. There is a David Lloyds gym just a walk away for so perfect for gym enthusiasts.

INon-smokers preferred, as the house is a smoke-free zone. I look forwards to hearing from you!
