Large double room in Enfield Town, House w/gdn,

We are looking for a respectful lodger Who would join us in our four bedroom terraced house with a garden.
This is not a multi-occupancy house.
There are only my husband and I and two cats here.
Furnished spacious double room with king size bed.
We let out only one of the double rooms out.
The room is on the second floor.
Bring, modern and clean.
( I know the pictures are a bit dark but the room is very light.)

10 mins walk to Enfield town BR station
Shops and town centre close by

We are a young professional married couple( Czech & English) with two cats.

We are looking for a respectful and trustful person with No criminal record. I should say we don't accept over night visits.

Of course, you'd be able to use the house amenities ( dinnerwear, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, livingroom TV, garden, ....etc)
We'd not expect you to stay in your room all day, but if that's what you like, that's fine with us.
We'd like you to feel welcome.

The room is available either from now or mid of November.
