THE HOUSE:
The house is a four bedroom semi-detached property. It has recently gone under extensive refurbishment and now has a completely new kitchen, a conservatory, new cupboards etc. In 2014 the house has had newly installed insulation and combination boiler. It has double glazed windows throughout the house.

The whole house has been fitted with new carpets and benefits from freshly painted walls.

The house will have a cleaning schedule so everyone gets a fair share of maintaining the cleanliness.

Wireless internet is available in the house and is inclusive of the rent.

THE ROOM:
Bed room are spacious with a double bed, chest of drawer, cupboard, two seater sofa, a chair.
New curtains and beddings in the room make it look bright and spacious. The rooms have plenty of natural sunlight.

BILLING:
Rent includes the bills. However, a fair usage policy is applicable to the bills. If the gas and electric bills go above that threshold, the tenants will have to contribute towards the bills.

SHARED FACILITIES:
Spacious conservatory is shared and has chairs and dining table which is available to share with all occupants.

Recently refurbished kitchen is shared and has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven and cooker for shared usage. There is also a microwave, electrical kettle and toaster for combined usage.
Kitchen is adjacent to the conservatory which enjoys excellent essential sunlight.

Toilet is shared and clean fitted with a shower and storage shelves.
