It has a computer workstation/study desk, 2 large built-in wardrobes. The kitchen is shared but with your own fridge and freezer. On 24 hour bus route to Heathrow, and Kingston (285), it is also on bus routes to Hounslow, Richmond, Twickenham, Sunbury, Staines and the M3/M25. Feltham rail station is a short bus or bike ride away, with trains every 30 minutes to Waterloo. There is free car parking on the street and the house is opposite bus stop for H25 to Hatton Cross. There are also good cycling routes nearby.

The house has all amenities; it is fully furnished with spacious, newly decorated living and dining room area, with leather corner sofa, fitted carpets, double glazing, washing machine, microwave, all cooking utensils, pans, cutlery, crockery and glasses, ironing board and iron. There is a large garden with patio furniture and BBQ.

Close to shops, supermarkets, all types of take-away outlets, leisure centre and library with free internet access. The house has phone, satellite and broadband connections. The room is suitable for a NON-SMOKING PROFESSIONAL only. Sorry no DSS, no pets, no friends or relatives staying overnight and communal cleaning rota must be undertaken (once every 3 weeks).
