A clean person wanted to share 2 bed flat

I am looking for someone to lodge one double very clean room. The room has a double bed and nice fixed wardrobe. There's WI-FI
All Bills are included in the rent. I'm looking for a very clean and tidy person; non smoker, someone who is easy going and not a party animal. No all night parties in this home. Kitchen and communal areas to be shared. Cleaning chores will be shared. I prefer someone who has no furniture and or kitchen utensils. I am looking for someone who doesn't cook curries and spicy foods.
People on DSS or benefits, are not welcome. Only two visitors are allowed at one time and only one visitor can stay one overnight with prior arrangements.
I will respect your space and at the same time enjoy sharing a bit of time with the person. This is a very quiet place, so I would prefer someone who doesn't mind to be on their own for long spells of time. I am a Christian lady and a regular church goer, I don't impose my Christianity beliefs on anyone
I am looking for some who is interested in long tenancy
