The room for rent

Hello,

I have a double room available for a Monday - Friday let, but happy to be flexible for some weekends.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. The bathroom is shared, and newly appointed.

My house is open-plan downstairs, with a lovely garden and a decking area great for relaxing. It's a very short walk to the station (less than 5mins), and to a Waitrose and various other shops and amenities. Bushy Park is also close by.

I am a professional, but am home-based a lot of the time, so would prefer someone who works normal business hours, not shifts.

I have had several previous housemates and am very relaxed having someone else in the house.

I have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight.
